Out of Network Specialist
Dr. Shawn Nabors is an out-of-network provider and does not participate with insurance/managed care. Dr. Nabors rates are as follows.

New client intake & assessment appointment $125.

Bi-weekly (ever other week) treatment sessions. $150 per session.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We require a card on file for automatic processing of payment after each session.
Insurance Reimbursement
You may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider for the psychotherapy component of our treatment program. You can find a claim form on your insurance company's website and submit the form along with your statement and treatment codes as frequently as you wish. You will be reimbursed directly by your insurance company per the terms of your insurance policy.
We are not responsible for any successful or unsuccessful reimbursements as this is considered a matter between you and your insurance company. If you have any questions about billing, please discuss your concerns directly with our business manager. Please discuss any questions about reimbursement with your insurance company.
Good Faith Estimate
Beginning January 1, 2022, You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
